Fabrication & Materials Used:
Structure:
- Back Wall & Bulkhead: A meticulously crafted MDF back wall and bulkhead, filled, sanded, and finished with a smooth roller paint application. The back wall includes a recessed pigeon box section, featuring a floating glass shelf with LUMUL peripheral lighting and two integrated downlights for enhanced illumination. The design flows seamlessly into a return bulkhead, also equipped with LUMUL lighting.
- Storeroom: A 2700mm-high lockable storeroom was constructed with a sleek, modern design. The walls are prepped for a grey back vinyl application and feature space for a 55″ plasma screen.
Flooring:
The 21sqm floor space is crafted from batons and floorboards, finished with NOVOLAM light timber boards, and framed with stainless steel edging for a refined and durable finish.
Welcome Desk:
A custom-designed MDF welcome desk, finished in satin spray paint, measures 1200mm x 1000mm x 500mm. It includes a lockable compartment, a floating shelf, and striking LUMUL strip lighting along the side panels.
Back Wall CNC:
The back wall prominently displays a CNC-cut TEJAS emblem and text, mounted on standoffs and illuminated by LED lighting, making it a focal point of the design.
