  • The vanity is made of solid American walnut with a 25x25mm mild steel sub-frame, secured to the wall using rawl bolts.
  • The unit is coated in a clear satin spray finish, with the basin and mixer provided by the client.
  • Two pill-shaped mirrored cabinets feature polished mirrors and American walnut veneer backing boards, mounted using French cleats for easy installation.
• Communal Bathroom Vanity:
  • This vanity is similar to the master bathroom’s design, constructed from solid American walnut with a clear satin finish.
  • Its dimensions are 1440mm H x 480mm D x 150mm H.
• Right-Hand Side Screen Wall with Drinks Cupboard:
  • The frame is made from 25x25mm square tubing, powder-coated with a to-be-confirmed color.
  • The structure is anchored to the ceiling and floor with steel plates and spiggots.
  • Shelves are made from American walnut veneer board with a chipboard core, finished with a clear matte spray.
  • The unit includes two soft-closing drawer units and a pull-out shelf for a drinks cupboard.
• Kids Medicine Cabinet:
  • Made from American walnut veneer with a mirror front and three glass shelves for functional storage.
• Main Bedroom Cupboard:
  • Constructed from American walnut melamine with 1mm impact edging, featuring:
    • Full hanging space on the left.
    • A central unit with three drawers and a flap-up door.
    • Adjustable shelving on the right, with provisions to mount a client-supplied TV.
• Kitchenette:
  • Built using American walnut melamine with 1mm impact edging, the kitchenette includes:
    • Three drawers on the right.
    • A small fridge on the left.
    • Two 32mm thick floating shelves made from American walnut melamine.
• Passage Cupboard:
  • The back wall and sides are painted to match Folkestone Grey Melamine, with five 32mm shelves supported by grey melamine cleats with 2mm impact edging.
  • The doors are constructed from 19x19mm square tubing, powder-coated in the same color as the drinks unit, with reeded glass panels fitted inside the frame.

Lighting:

• The project includes 41 running meters of 3000 Kelvin LED strip lighting, installed within diffuser channels and powered by a transformer. The client is responsible for connections.
