- A custom laser-cut CNC logo made from mild steel plates, powder-coated black, was mounted on the exterior wall. This logo, designed from a client-supplied vector file, sets a sophisticated tone at the entry.
- BALAU cladding was applied to the motorized gate, fence, side gate, and balcony balustrade, enhancing the natural beauty and durability of the home’s exterior.
- Ground Floor:
- Herringbone Tiles: Tavolato Anthracite porcelain tiles were installed in the TV lounge, guest bedroom, living room, and dining room, providing a modern and stylish foundation.
- Wine Cellar: Featuring a custom mild steel frame, the wine cellar includes 8mm toughened glass panels, oak box displays, and mild steel shelves.
